Not a good experience – This unit did not work as advertised. After following the instructions, I placed it in a bathroom that is approx. 12′ x 8′. After 30 minutes, it only cooled the room 3 degrees. I can do that with a fan, which I already have. IMO, this is not worth the wait to get it, not the performance of it once I got it. I have contacted the seller, requesting a refund. We’ll see.

Doesn’t cool off a room . – I dislike the disco lights. What’s the point? The lights serve NO purpose and are annoying.

Chil Well junk with no support – I bought 3 Chillwell portable a/c units at a “great” price, looking to cool off my home in the summer heat. After carefully following the instructions to set them up, 2 units worked for less than half an hour, then conked out never to start again. The other unit worked for about 2 hours, then conked out never to start again. I contacted customer service, but NEVER got a response either for a refund or for help if there was a problem I could fix. Terrible product and non-existent service.
