      This model is quiet. Beware, however, higher BTU models like this! – We love this unit and own two of them. Quiet operation. Easy to move. App that works well to set and turn on prior to arriving home. This said, we purchased a higher BTU unit from the same line. It was decidedly not quiet — and was promptly returned.

      Very quiet even on max fan. Zero rumble. Easy setup. Great cooling – This A/C is a keeper. Emerson did everything right. The unit is far quieter than any of the three window units I previously used, all with the same capacity or less. It is easy to install and you do not need any tools whatsoever.
