Great little a/c. – Great little a/c. And it arrived a day earlier than expected.

Standard air conditioner. – We have not used the unit that long so I have no idea how long it will last but most of these air conditioners last about 2 to 3 possibly 4 years at most. So far the product is cooling seems to be made made with quality parts and is working fine.. And in this day and age everything is manufactured to be used and Tossed in the garbage. They all break after the warranty expires. So far so good..

asking a bit more of it than its designed and so far its pretty good – I needed a unit that would fit in the window, and cool off my living room/kitchen-dining area, and short hallway.

Used Window A/C – Bought this on Amazon’s returned items. Not sure what it was returned for, but it run great. Works well and keeps both the living room & kitchen in my 970 sq ft single wide mobile home comfortable. I don’t keep my home at 70*F during the hot summers, rather I keep it around 78-80*F. It does a much better job at keeping the area comfortable cool and dry. More so than those so called “PORTABLE” air conditioners. Though I did greatly modify my “PORTABLE” room air conditioner. I no longer need to use a dehumidifier to reduce the humidity. It is very quiet, even with “dog days” of summer with the high humidity. There is some slight spraying sound from the excess condensation being thrown against the outside coil from the fan. The hum of the compressor isn’t that obnoxious as some claim. No more so than an average fridge makes. I didn’t use the pleated side panels though; I use aluminum backed Styrofoam panels I cut to fit and seal with aluminum tape.
