Have to admit that I’ve been a Mitsubishi man – when it comes to these lineset covers. Their product is hard to beat. However, I have a mini-split that needs to go in – actually, that house probably could use two smaller ones – and this product just happened to show up when I needed to find a cover.

Flex tubes are useless if line-set is already connected – Since the flexible tubes do not split like the straight tubes, they cannot be added to your coverage system unless you disconnect the lines. Of course, this is not something you can do without a professional HVAC tech and a full system re-charge ($$$). 4-stars if you can use the flex tubes since you will likely need to buy your own mounting hardware (screws, anchors, etc.).

works great but flex one need a pre-cut open – installed a split at 2nd-floor open space. the PVC line is all as good as the design, except for the flex part
