Excellent Cooling – This unit outputs air 35F cooler than the input air. US 3 prong plug, 115v, draws 11.6 amps, blows plenty of cold air. Would give 5 stars except it arrived with 1 broken wheel… probably shipping damage because this unit is kinda heavy.

Received defective product – It was working fine for two weeks until at some point there was shaking and rattling inside the portable AC. I checked the air exhaust side and no air was coming out and then I found these plastic pieces as pictured. I’m assuming this is either a defective unit received OR the unit inside wasn’t properly secured inside for the build so things were being sucked out after normal use.

Cools Rapidly – After a disappointing experience with another brand, I tried this one. It exceeded my expectations. It is quiet, not super quiet but not annoyingly loud. It cools down a large bedroom in about 30 minutes. I recommend it.

For a large room, garage or living room space, it does well but for an apartment unit less than 1000 sq ft, it will not keep the whole unit cool.
