Good enough product for the price. – It blows air very well, even a the lowest speed! The remote control is a good feature—especially if you are in bed! However, it requires ventilation—I got it BECAUSE I thought it didn’t! So…, surprise! Leaving the hallway door is not good enough for ventilation—there was a certain “smell.” A window wasn’t a choice for me, so I had to place it by my open, French door facing the backyard! The door had to be open almost a foot ajar—I was a little nervous about that. If you don’t have a window, don’t buy this one! Also, it’s very noisy, even at the lowest setting. Additionally, it really does not give out cold air—it’s barely on the cool side, and you need to be close to it to feel relief. I kept it for emergencies (our a/c broke down). The Product description should inform potential buyers the ventilation bit. As it’s usually true, you get what you pay for !

Not air cooler – This is not an air cooler. Its just a fan. Trying to return but looks like they expect me to pay for return. I’ll update review when i hear back. Hopefully its just a glitch. But being able to return is one of the reasons we all order from amazon. Getting stuck w shipping costs is NOT a good move. Again. Hopefully just a glitch. Will update.

Poor Customer Service, Product Not As Expected – I ordered two of these coolers, which did not get here at the same time, I had to wait almost a week for the first one to arrive (kept getting delayed) and when it did arrive, it was not accompanied by the 2nd one I ordered at the same time! The 2nd one arrived 5 days after the first. Contacted seller and all they had to say was to be patient. No customer service at all. Not as pictured. Cannot take the screen or filter off for cleaning as described. Once the filter is saturated, it will cool (make sure the cooling button is pressed and lit) and it is quiet on the lowest setting. Second and 3rd settings, the machine is rather loud. Putting water in the tank is difficult and if you have a bad back, forget it. The inlet is low. There is absolutely no way to put ice in the tank, though the inlet door says you can. Sometimes it hard to read the water level in the tank.
