Great for guest bedroom. – At different times of the year we get guests who prefer it cooler to get a better nights sleep. This portable AC is perfect. We leave the remote on the night stand and it’s very easy to read and use. Will definitely purchase more in the future. Also, delivery was very fast, it came sooner than originally quoted. Very pleased.

Helpful, not brilliant – I bought this unit a year ago to cool down a room during a heat wave. I have a similar but older Black and Decker unit in another room. Compared with that one, this unit seems to provide less cooling, is significantly noisier, and – something I remembered today when I got it out again for this year’s heat wave – the connections between the unit, the hose, and the window piece are very frustrating; they don’t seem to fit together well. But despite these complaints, I’m grateful to have it – the room is definitely more comfortable. Remote control works great too.

This thing really saved us during the last heat dome… – I say that “last heat dome” as I suspect they’ll happen more and more. But this worked nicely, as it effectively cooled almost three rooms. Not as good as central AC, but if you don’t have that option, this works fine.

Nice unit – I received the unit earlier than I expected. I unboxed it to make sure everything was there. I notice that the unit was scuff up in the front and side. The top piece was not fully attached. I attached it with no problem. I figure it was done during transport. I inspected the machine from top to bottom and I notice the drain plug, but no drain outlet. You can’t run this unit without it. I contacted the Vremi customer service and talked with a very nice young lady and I explain my situation and she stated that I need to send a picture of the area the outlet should be and the B/N number which I did on 7/21/2020. I called again on 7/22/20 to inquire about the outlet and the lady stated they did not get the email even though I received a response back saying that they received the email. So I had to send it again. They received the email this time, and said they will mail out the part and I should received it in 3 to 5 days. I would have given them 5 stars, but was missing the very important part (outlet). I will update once the outlet arrives and the unit is working. Update on 7/31/2020. After all the emails and call I placed with the company, they finally told me they have to replace the unit. I received the unit today and unboxed it and everything was intact like it should have been. The unit is working fine and its cooling down my garage pretty well. I have to cut a hole in the wall to vent to the outside as I have no windows in my garage. I had it professionally done and I’m glad that I did. I found out that where I wanted to put the hole, I could not because I have a firewall in the garage. So he had to cut the hole up past the firewall. If anyone is trying to vent to the out side and don’t have windows if you plan on putting in garage, make sure you get someone who know what they are doing. I also have to get another piece besides the duct that go to the outside and the inside piece call a

Water leaks no matter where u put the hose – The air conditioner works great at cooling but be prepared to have a soaking wet carpet. We tried hanging the hose out the window level and then when that leaked we raised the air-conditioned on top of a chair to drain out the window. Still leaks. I would recommend this air conditioner for use in a basement with concrete floors only.

Works well – This AC works well for the small bedroom we have it in. It cools down the room quickly. It is a bit loud but we are able to sleep comfortably. I am happy with this AC. The price was good also. One thing to note is that it does come with all the pieces you need. We are considering purchasing another one.
